SMALL AND POWERFUL SALMINUS
Imagine a small and clear rocky bottom trout stream, but filled with aggressive predators painted in bright silver (not like the famous gold body cousins). Unique places where the gold and silver slabs live deep in crystal waters.
BONEDALE FISHING REPORT #3
I just wrote a twenty-minute rant about crawdad traps, bluegills, and massive bass on Copi’s and my last outing, then lost it all. This is not uncommon at the World Headquarters, where, as you know, we play it fast and loose.
ALMOST TRASHY TOUR
I'm having coffee and pancakes at Keith Browning's house with him and Rick Ardinger. Rick heads Idaho Humanities and has set up the Almost Trashy tour.

RINDGE DAM
There are a million cubic yards of silt behind Rindge Dam, so what it would take to remove that would be 100,000 truckloads of dirt weighing who knows how much.
ALMOST HAPPY
Here are three sonnets from a new book, Almost Happy, to be published by Limberlost Press. I'll be touring with the Almost Trashy tour through Idaho and Utah during the next two weeks. With luck, we'll have some books bound by Thursday.

FIRST PERSON FISHING
I started hanging a camera around my neck and videoing some of my fishing--for my granddaughter, grandson, and friends who can't be up here fishing for trout. I think I was the "first person" to do it. David Behr, my late Troutball friend wasn't impressed and said something like, "but the fish aren't big."
BONEDALE FISHING REPORT #2
I have Cameras galore and God knows I have the stories. Let’s go catch baby tarpon, or whatever. Some of the stories are page 13, but the main thing is to put the fun back in fishing. You guys have only seen the first part of the show.
