Looks like Oregon got it’s 2009 steelhead stimulus package after all. Despite overwhelming odds, steelhead are piling into the Columbia River. In fact, more fish managed to pass the Bonneville Dam last week, than ever recorded. Over 30,000 fish last Friday.
