Tim had this to say about the mission, “It was one of the most fun stories in regards to fishing I’ve ever shot, which is strange because it was a pain in the ass. I contacted the pilot via youtube–he had commented on a video of my brother’s who also is a pilot. After a year of planning and talking we set it up. It was a logistical nightmare: multiple trips to southern colorado, aborted airplane to airplane shots due to weather, sleeping in my car, before dawn hikes, dodging rockslides, dropping my camera 200 feet down a mountain side…”
