Which simply goes to prove that SMOTM is an equal opportunity small-fish contest: one can win it in a Minneapolis strip mall pond, or one can spend good time and money traveling to warm locations, gassing up the boat, buying beers, tipping your captain… and haul in an epic trophy like this fine smolt specimen.
