Many folks end up in Los Angeles chasing their dreams of making it big as actors or musicians, not as carp anglers. Enter Sam. Sam found his dreams in the form of “Big, badass fish. Big badass freshwater fish”. The fish he’s talking about are the L.A. River carp.
