Costa Sunglasses’ short film about musician and guide Chuck Ragan explores the different ways we choose to be in motion, and the reasons why we choose to settle down. Chuck has been all over the world in his band Hot Water Music and as a solo artist, often stopping while touring to fish with local guides. But after the birth of his son, and realizing just how much he wanted to see that son grow, he began guiding his local waters.
