What is ‘The Crash’ ?

Well, it’s a little-known phenomenon that happens every summer in Wisconsin and Kyle Zempel is here to offer his best explanation.

Zempel is owner of Black Earth Angling and every summer he hosts Crash Camp on the the Lower Wisconsin River. This year The Flyfish Journal joined Zemple, Jake Keeler and Brian Koll for a few days of smallmouth fishing, camping and a crash course in ‘The Crash.’
