above There aren’t a lot of fly shops in southeast Wyoming – there isn’t a lot of anything. With the average distance between incorporated Wyoming towns being 120 miles, it’s a long drive to anywhere. The West Laramie Fly Store is something of a landmark. Like truck stops and sketchy bars, the shop is strategically situated just off the interstate, an unassuming jumping-off point for some under-the-radar-water.
