Data collection is a vital part of the Rewa operation. Here an arapaima is measured for the logbook. Fun fact: Arapaima can grow as much as 36 inches in their first year of life. From there they add another 6-8 inches every year. It helps to grow quick in the jungle; the sooner you grow up, the sooner you are off the menu.
